Kuma’s Matcha operates this website to sell ceremonial matcha and related goods. We reserve the right to update or change content, pricing, or policies at any time.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information. Payments must be completed using our approved payment methods. Orders may be canceled if payment is not confirmed.

4. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier service.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, opened items cannot be returned. Please refer to our full Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful or harmful activities, including attempts to hack or disrupt the website.

7. Limitation of Liability
Kuma’s Matcha is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of products, courier delays, or website downtime.
