Kuma’s Matcha ships nationwide within the Philippines. All orders are packed in small batches from Metro Manila to ensure freshness and quality.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Manila: 2 – 5 business days
  • Luzon: 3–7 business days
  • Visayas: 5–9 business days
  • Mindanao: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier volume, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping promos (if available) will be reflected automatically.

Courier Partners
We ship via trusted delivery partners such as Gogo Xpress, and other local couriers.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Kuma’s Matcha is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
